There is a small inconsistency between MUWS and MOWS regarding TopicSpace instance file name (affecting targetMamespace as well): MUWS uses "wd-wsdm-muws-events-1.0.xml" while MOWS uses "wd-wsdm-mows-1.0-events.xml".
