dead links on public TC homepage and some typos in the spec

Hi,

I just noticed that the following links on the public TC homepage are
dead:

I see there's a note on the page about the problem, but I just wanted to
bring it up in case the TC forgot about it.

Also, I know it's too late for MUWS 1.0, but I recently discovered a few
typos in the Part 2 spec. Here they are for the record:

1) section 2.1, line 133: "refine" should be "refines"
2) section 2.5.2, line 431: "encompasses" should be "encompass"
3) section 2.5.2, line 439: "capability" should be "capabilities"
4) section 4.1.1, figure 6: "Relationship[1]" should be
"Relationship[0..*]"
5) section 4.1.1, line 1026: "relationships" should be "relationship"
6) section 4.1.4.1, line 1193: "xs:QName/muws-p2-xs:RequestedType>"
should be "xs:QName</muws-p2-xs:RequestedType>"
7) section 6.1, line 1523: "William Vambenepe" should be "William
Vambenepe et al."
