New Issues discussion:
         
      The question was asked as to whether there
were any conflicts with other 
         
      standards for these new issues?  The
response was that there were no 
         
      conflicts known by anyone on the call.

         
      All TC members should review these new issues
and bring up any concerns
         
      questions to the mailing list before the next
meeting (May 13th).  At that
         
      meeting we would like to conclude any discussions
and vote on resolution
         
      for these three issues.
