WSFED TC Meeting minutes for July 08,
2008 

        We are grateful to Nortel for sponsoring this
call. 

Summary of new Action Items:

        ACTION:
Since Mary is out on vacation, Mike McIntosh to send note Jamie 
         
              Clark
at OASIS to try to get the Public Review started for the
         
              WSFed
Committee Draft which was approved on June 23rd ballot [3].

3. TC Logistics 
        
       - Reminder:
  
         
              The TC
meets every two weeks, however the prior scheduled 
         
              July 22nd
       meeting is cancelled. 
 
                
       The next scheduled meeting is now Aug
05, 2008.

       NEW ISSUES:

5. Other business 
                The
60 day Public Review will only be 2 weeks in process by the next
         
      scheduled meeting (July 22nd), we aren't likely
to have many (if any comments) 
         
      to discuss.  Since there is currently
only one open issue, this would make
         
      for a very short meeting.  After discussion,
the TC consensus was that we
         
      should cancel the July 22nd meeting.  The
August 5th meeting would be the
         
      next scheduled meeting.  Mike McIntosh
and Chris Kaler to examine the
         
      received comments a few days before that meeting.
 If the received comments
         
      don't justify a meeting, an meeting cancelation
will be sent in advance of
         
      the August 5th meeting too.

         
      Proposed: Cancelation of July 22nd, 2008 
         
      No objections raised, motion passed unanimously.
