RE: [wsfed] Issue ER001: ApplicationSerivceEndpoint should not be required

What is our going forward plan for this TC?  I have an old historical calendar entry that goes through 2010, but nothing specific on the calendar from (http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/wsfed/).

In section 3.1.2.5 the ApplicationSerivceEndpoint is intended for use of specifying the active WS-Trust/WS-Federation endpoints. If only passive endpoints are being exposed using the optional PassiveRequestorEndpoint what is to go in ApplicationServiceEndpoint? It seems like it would either be the same content as the passive endpoint or we should relax the requirement that ApplicationServiceEndpoint is always required.
