I have a small syntactic bug with the WSDL included in the spec.  Several types defined have the element

<restriction base="soapenc:array"/>

in them.  The .NET WSDL proxy generating tool complains that "array" needs to be capitalized, making it:

<restriction base="soapenc:Array"/>

This occurs five times in the WSDL (PropertyArray, RoleDescriptionArray, etc.).
