I sent a same comment a few months ago, but it might not be commintted for some reason. So I'll try again. Please ignore this if already known.

Section#6.1.1:
Description of UnacceptableTerminationTimeFault seems just copyed-and-pasted from Subscribe operation of NotificationProducer portType.

Section#5.2:
Description of UnableToCreatePullPointFault just above the title of section#5.2.1 says "...process the Destroy request message:", but should be "...process the CreatePullPoint request message:".
