Notes:

1. TC guidelines state "By joining the TC, members accept the charter as propose, so no ratification is required, but any issues or comments related to the charter should be addressed"
2. Proposal: have bi-weekly calls in alternate weeks to the WS-RF TC (using same time slot)
3. Appoint a secretary, issues secretary, spec editors, and liaison contacts with other groups
