Ballot open for next F2F

Hi all,

I created a ballot for the dates of our next F2F meeting:

Normally an email is automatically sent to the list when this happens,
but for some reason it failed this time (at least so far) so here is a
"manual" notice to vote before the ballot closes on Thursday.
