Fred Carter to take minutes on Mon 10 May (if absent then Sam Meder)

One of the significant benefits of being a member of the WS-Notification group is that you have a lot of fun on Mondays at noon US Eastern, and you write minutes of the calls. As was suggested in the recent F2F, we'll take it in turns using the list of members below to assign minute takers starting with Fred Carter for the call on Monday 10 May. If Fred is not on, then Sam Meder will take minutes and Fred's chance will occur when he is on the WS-Notification call next.
Lets see how this approach works out.
