Issue: TerminationTime ans subscriptions

I would like to propose the addition of optional elements to the
SubscribeResponse message that specify the current time and termination
time that are in effect on the subscription just created. 
I realize that this information is available via resource property
lookup, but it would be nice to have the facility to avoid the
additional roundtrip.
