Subject: WSN action items

Hi all,

I went through all the minutes and extracted the action items as of the
end of the F2F. Thanks to the minute takers for the excellent job with
extra credit to Bryan for putting a summary of the action items at the
beginning.

Notes:

- I removed the action items that were just asking spec editors to act
on issues with "approach agreed" (this is an implicit action item
whenever there is an "approach agreed")

- I went through Sanjay's latest post of the issues list
(http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/wsn/download.php/11361/WSN
_IssuesList1.9.doc) and marked as DONE below those that I saw done to
speed things up during conf call

Regards,

William
