Issues Verification: 2.32, 2.49, 2.54, 3.6

Verifications were done against BaseN-1.3-draft-01j, b-1.xsd

- Issue 2.32
"Dialect" attribute of the wsnt:Filter/wsnt:TopicExpression element 
is defined as  REQUIRED in BaseN-1.3-draft-01j and b-1.xsd.

- Issue 2.49
Each operation definition (except Notify) in BaseN-1.3-draft-01j 
and bw-1.wsdl has more than one fault definition.

- Issue 2.54
All ResourceUnknownFault faults in BaseN-1.3-draft-01j and bw-1.wsdl 
are defined by using wsrf-rw:ResourceUnknownFault defined 
in WS-Resource (rw-1.wsdl).


Verification was done against BrokeredN-1.3-draft-01f, br-1.xsd, brw-1.wsdl

- Issue 3.6
XSD is separated from WSDL. (All type definitions are included in br-1.xsd)
