Public review for WS-Notification documents

Hi Jamie,

Yesterday (7/7), the TC voted unanimously to approve two committee
drafts, one for WS-BaseNotification and one for WS-BrokeredNotification.
The TC also voted to start public review for these two committee drafts.

As I expressed to you in an earlier email, our goal is to have the
public review period completed by the time we get together for our next
face to face meeting on September 12th. If at all possible, can you
please make sure that the review starts promptly so that the 60 days can
complete before September 12th.
