End of life for the WS-Notification TC

Dear WS-Notification TC members,
 
While the TC hasn't met in a while and does not have ongoing work, it is
still technically active. Considering that the specifications that we
created have reached OASIS standard status a while ago and that no
errata has been received, we think it is time to close to TC. Another
aspect that comes into play is that if the TC was to stay active, it
would need to transition to one of the new OASIS IPR policies by April
15. Our suggestion is to not embark on such a transition but rather let
OASIS close the TC after April 15 as it said it would do for all TCs
that have not transitioned. We wanted to make you aware of this plan and
give a chance for anyone who believes that the TC should pursue its work
past April 15th to speak up.

We would like to thank all of you for your many contributions to the
technical work and congratulate the whole TC one more time for achieving
OASIS standards status on our specifications.
