Prof. Min.

Thank you for your appreciation. As you pointed out, I initially tried to add more information for clarification when I created the actions items. However, there was space limit which prevents me from writing more than 200 letters for each action item. Hence, I was not able to describe the action item as detailed as I wanted it to be. So, in action item, I will just state the issue simply and briefly. The details of each issue will be announced via email.

Thank you,

Jiyong Eric Pyon

Thank you for your effort, Jiyong.

The action items should be declared more clearly.

Pleace add the contextual informaiton of the action items,

such as why we made this, what is this and how we can prepare this until when.

In my opinion,

1) for action item 0001, how about we discusss it at the next telemeeting.

2) for action item 0002, we do better to have a tele-workshop to present  each topics

3) for action item 0003, first, we start from the structure of the WSQM and discuss each quality factors one by one  and step by step.
