Subject: Re: RE: [wsqm-chair] WSQM TC Member Grade Request Dear Dr. Eric Jiyong Pyon, Thank you very much. Unfortunately, on April 6 I will be away, presenting 2 papers at the NOMS'06 conference (Eric Jiyong Pyon). It seems that we will have to postpone my membership until the May conference call. My research interests are in managemnt of QoS for Web services. For me, QoS specification is the basis for monitoring and control activities. A dated list of my relevant publications is at: http://flash.lakeheadu.ca/~vtosic/WSOLpublications.html. I have made several additional publications since August 2005, but I was so overwhelmed with my teaching duties that I did not have time to update the WWW page. I would also like to bring to your attention that I (together with Prof. Patrick C.K. Hung from UOIT, Canada) gave several tutorials in this area. In particular, we will give the tutorial "Contract-Based QoS Monitoring and Control of XML Web Services" at the IEEE Joint Conference on E-Commerce Technology (CEC'06) and Enterprise Computing, E-Commerce and E-Services (EEE'06), http://linux.ece.uci.edu/cec06/ . One of the public outputs of our tutorials is the webliography "Selected Resources on Quality of Service (QoS) Specification and Management for XML Web Services" available at: http://flash.lakeheadu.ca/~vtosic/QoS4WS.doc I am looking forward to contributing to the WSQM TC in the coming months.
