WS-Quality Description Language posted

Dear Ioan Toma,

As I promised in the last conference call meeting, I have posted the WS-Quality Description Language. please find the file in the OASIS WSQM homepage.

As I explained, this version is needed to be up-to-date in accordance with the latest WS-Quality Factor. however, you could have a sound idea about what we have done so far. one more thing though, some of pictures are still in Korean.

Thus, please give us your opinion about the WS-quality model. it would be very nice if you write your opinion and post it in the OASIS WSQM homepage.
