Changes Required to Submitted Document WS-Quality_Factors_v1.0_cd02

Please make the following required changes to this document:

1. Capital letters and underscores are not allowed in OASIS filenames. Please rename these files and then correct the links in the 'Previous Version' and 'Latest Version' sections on the title page. 

2. In the 'Technical Committee' section, please add '/wsqm' to the end of the link. 

3. In the links in last two paragraphs of the 'Status' section, please change '[TC short name]' in the underlying hyperlink to '/wsqm/'. 

4. In the last paragraph of the 'Notices' section, please remove '[insert specific trademarked names and abbreviations here]' from the sentence.
