Subject: Your OASIS Standard vote starts tomorrow
Members of the WSQM TC, The ballot to consider approving Web Services Quality Factors Version 1.0 as an OASIS Standard has been set up. The ballot opens at 00:00 am UTC on 22 February 2013 and closes at 11:59 pm UTC on 08 March 2013. You will need a minimum of 47 affirmative votes in order for the ballot to pass.
