Subject: The ballot to approve WS Quality Factors as an OASIS Standard has failed to pass
Members of the WS Quality Model TC, The OASIS membership ballot to approve Web Services Quality Factors V1.0 as an OASIS Standard closed on 08 March 2013. The ballot failed to reach the number of affirmative votes required to pass. The ballot needed a minmum of 47 votes to pass. It received 45. Please note that the OASIS rules allow the TC to submit a future version of the specification as a candidate for OASIS Standard.
