RE: [wsrf] Minutes of the conference call held on Monday 21st March

I have 2 comments about the minutes:

- issue 65 was listed as resolved in the summary, but not in the section
about the issue itself

- issue 44 is listed as conditionally resolved pending a text update
from TomM. I have not seen the text update yet, but I have changed issue
44 to resolved as the minutes indicate.

Regarding the latest issues document: I have gone through some of the
document check-ins over the last several weeks and updated issues listed
as resolved to closed if the check-in message indicates the issue was
addressed, and the updated document actually contains the change
specified in the resolution.
