Apologies for missing the call on the 9th as I was in mid-air.
I did read the minutes regarding the establishment of this ballot and I have 
one query before I am fully comfortable voting yes to this. 
Are there at least three organisations claiming to use the **latest** versions of these specs? 
This is a necessary pre-condition and I've not seen any indication (good or bad) on this topic for a while.
