5. Action Review - chair
(IanR) Check that the multi-line PDFs
are Ok. (Issues 161 & 160). Pending production of pdfs.
Carried Forward. Done.
Action (Bryan) Move 160, 161 to closed
(Bryan) Move 162 to closed. Done.
(Ian) Send mail
with instructions for production of CS pdfs. Done.
(Chairs) Organise
the ballot for progression to Committee spec. Done.
(BryanM) Close,
20, 103 and 151. Done.
(Roger) Execute
on remaining updates to AppNotes, including transfer of text from RMD for issue
118. Done.
(Dan) Execute on
remaining updates to RMD. Done.
(TimB) It looks (from last week) as though
the four issues 119/120/163/155, have been implemented but not closed. I think
we need to review them before closure.
(DaveS) Are there volunteers to review the
changes?
(IanR) Is the version with these changes in
the doc repository?
(Dan) No, be it can be done during this
call.
Action (TimB/BryanM)
Review the changes in RMD for 119/120/163/155 within
the next week.
Submission of CS specs to OASIS Admin – Ian
(Ian) To make progress, we need several
pieces of administrative work. We need to produce html versions and to extend
the report summarizing changes made during the public reviews to include the second
public review, then we need to send certification that three member companies
have implemented the specs. We have 5 statements from the email list already,
but if anyone has another, please send it to the mailing list.
(DaveS) So we’re in good shape.
(IanR) Yes, I will ask people to review the
report with a 5 day time-limit, then I will fix any problems and send it off.
Action (Ian)
Put report in the document repository.
(IanR) It needs to go to OASIS by 15th
Feb, and they will send it to the membership by 1st March. Then there
is a 15 day review period, and the vote will be started, to finish be end of
March.
(DaveS) Great! So that’s before the second
birthday of the TC.
Status on WS-RMD - Dan
(Dan) The only issue that I have is that
the document is kind of a mess, so I would like to clean up the presentation
before we go to public review.
(IanR) Would this be after the 4 issues
have been reviewed.
(Dan) Yes. The four issues can be reviewed
now.
(DaveS) Are we ready for the TC to have a
look at the whole thing?
(Dan) Yes, that’s fine already but it needs
clean-up before the public review happens.
(DaveS) So, we should aim for the TC to
review and clean-up by the next call.
(IanR) It would be helpful if the existing
change markup is accepted.

Post cleaned-up of the version of the document.
Status on AppNotes – Roger
(Roger) The Appnotes are finished – I’ve
uploaded the latest version this afternoon with the changes agreed last time
and the whole thing is tidied up.
(DaveS) So where do we go from here?
(Roger) We agreed last time that this would
go to Public Review.
(IanR) We need a TC review, then a ballot
to approve as a committee draft.
