Time slot for Bi-weekly WSRM Teleconference Meetings

The current time was picked by the co-sponsors of the TC announcement to 
be the least pain for everyone.

We have a large number of Japan members and an even larger number of US 
  West coast members.  It will not be Possible to find a time that is ok 
for everyone.  Currently the two India members feel the most pain.

The current time looks like this:
GMT: 10:30 PM to 12:30 pm
US Eastern (GMT - 5)  5:30 PM to 7:30 PM
US Pacific (GMT - 8)   2:30 PM to 3:30 PM
India (GMT + 5.3) 4:00AM to 6:00AM
Japan (GMT + 9) 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM

I have Tuesdays from 11:30 am to 1:30 PM US Eastern Time available, but 
it is much worse for both Japan and US West coast.

GMT: 4:30 PM to 6:30 pm
US Eastern (GMT - 5)  11:30 AM to 1:30 PM
US Pacific (GMT - 8)   8:30 AM to 10:30 AM
India (GMT + 5.3) 10:00PM to 12:00 midnight
Japan (GMT + 9) 1:30 AM to 3:30 AM

This is very bad for the Tokyo members.

Moving it up another hour and a half:
GMT: 3 PM to 5 pm
US Eastern (GMT - 5)  10 AM to 12 noon
US Pacific (GMT - 8)   7 AM to 9 AM
India (GMT + 5.3) 8:30PM to 10:20PM
Japan (GMT + 9) 12 M to 2:00 AM

Slightly better for Tokyo, worse for US West Coast.

I am not sure we can find a time that we all find acceptable.

What do others think about this?

We definitely must keept the next teleconference call at the agreed time 
of Tuesday 5:30 to 7:30 PM Eastern time, April 8, 2003.

Tom,

I note from the minutes that the regular TC conference call has been
scheduled for 14:30 to 16:30 PST. That's a difficult time for us over
here in Europe (22:30 to 00:30). Is there any chance of moving this
earlier in the day otherwise I'll never get my voting rights :-)
