It does matter and hence for the same reason we prohibited Response
reply pattern
for WSDL one-way messages.
One-way operations hence can only use either the Callback or Poll
pattern. The
latter is needed for the behind-the-firewall cases.

To me, that would seem to be a good reason to NOT endorse using the HTTP response in this way, and instead to send ACK/Fault as a separate HTTP req/resp (what we used to call "asynchronous response").
