Please send your comments to the list.

Each comment you send should include the section number that the fix 
applies to, so we can collate the comments for discussion.

Please differentiate editorial comments from comments which are of a 
technical (i.e., wanting to change the protocol)  nature.

I propose that we spend next Tuesday's call to discuss  remaining 
technical Rel issues, as well as any new Techical issues
people discover before next tuesday.  I recommend that we open  new rel 
issues for such technical concerns.  However, we agreed to not
produce a new editor's draft until after the editorial review.

We should wait for the following meeting (Feb 24) to discuss  editorial 
comments on this draft.  To meet this schedule, it would be
best if the comments could be sent in before that meeting.
