Subject: Re: [wsrm] Initiation of TC Review Period. Suggestion about new technical issues

Considering how late we are in producing a TC ballotable draft, mysuggestion is that we do not open any more new technical/ requirements issues unless they are related to a major flaw in the existing spec that needs to be corrected.  It seems that every week we come up with one or more new issues that seem to be more of a refinement/ optimization then anything else.

We should defer optimizations, refinements, enhancements to version 2 of the spec

In this way, we might be able to get a committee draft out for public ballot during the late April OASIS Symposium.  It would then give our OASIS WS Reliability panel session more credibility

Thank you for your consideration
