New Action: Tom took a new action item to complete the status column of 

pre public review issues list, with correct URLs.

Action: Sunil will come up with a proposal for the Namespaces and Schema file locations.

Pete: took action to find out the latest convention for Comment process in boilerplate.

Tom: action to have a complete proposal for soap must understand attribute text in document.
