Please provide detailed comments with proposed text changes on Jacques 
latest proposal before Monday
evening, July 5th, so we can discuss them to reach agreement at the July 
6 meeting.

If we agree on text at the end of the July 6 meeting, we can still have 
a CD vote on July 13 (along with a vote
on wheter change is substantial, and a possible vote to submit to OASIS).
