KAVI ballot for CD 1.05 WS Reliability is now open

The WSRM TC voted to initate a 7 day KAVI ballot for CD 1.05

Voting members need to submit their vote on the Kavi system

Draft 1.05 resolves all the Public comment issues against the last CD 
.992, as recorded in the Public comments issues list at:
http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/wsrm/download.php/7724/PublicCommentsIsssues-070604Output.xml

It is important to vote this draft as a tecnical stable CD, and as a 
marker of progress..

In the next few weeks we will go a final editorial phase, incorporating 
editorial clarifications to
the new base text of Draft 1.05.
