I am in favor to keep the current time.
One hour ealier makes the starting time 6:30AM for now
in Japan, and 5:30AM in summer season.
I believe the time in China is more ealirer.

I believe the current time was decided after
huge discussion, and it somehow works now.

I prefer not to take us into the huge discussion again.
