Wrapping-up a study done a few months ago - a few updates and reformating.
Not directly related to reliability specification, but a more general
investigation that should help - hopefully - clarifying what composability
objectives mean for any specification. The HTML layout could be nicer with
the cascading style sheet doc (not included here).
