I think the propertyDescriptions tags for the stockSymbolList and refreshInterval properties should be renamed to propertyDescription and be enclosed by a propertyDescriptions tag (in purpose of clarity). Don't know if this is the way the wsdl interface works internally, but I've checked the Java interfaces and this is how it's implemented.
