This call will actually start when the weekly WSRP teleconference ends (it is scheduled for the preceeding hour on the same conference number). Now that the v1 spec is nearly final, we need to:
 1. Discuss the framework for our conformance tests
 2. Review draft of assertions written from the conformance statements of the spec.
 3. Prioritize the development of test cases
 4.
