Old:
When the Producer returns a new PortletContext.portletHandle without returning a new SessionContext.sessionID, the Consumer shall associate any current sessionID with the newly returned portletHandle for this End-User.

New:
When the Producer returns a new PortletContext.portletHandle without returning a new SessionContext.sessionID, the Consumer shall only supply the RuntimeContext.sessionID sent on this invocation when also supplying the newly returned portletHandle in Portletcontext.portletHandle for this End-User.
