Agenda:
- AS179: The Producer shall return a fault message when a cloned portlet (PortletContext.portletHandle) is used with a RegistrationContext.registrationHandle different from what was supplied 
when the cloned portlet was generated.

- AS197: Producers should not expect a Consumer to invoke getMarkup if a MarkupContext was returned from an invocation of performBlockingInteraction.

- AS198: The Consumer shall parse the stream fetched from a resource for URL rewriting and namespacing when the resource was requested by a URL with wsrp-urlType="resource" and wsrp-requiresRewrite="true". 

- AS199: Producers should be prepared for Consumers to either forward a multipart mime message in a single UploadContext structure or parsed into an array of UploadContext structures, one for each mime part of the original message.

- AS200: The Producer shall not return a MarkupContext containing values for both the markupString and markupBinary fields.

- AS201: The Consumer should set the InteractionParams.portletStateChange field to a value of "cloneBeforeWrite" when the PortletContext.portletHandle field contain a handle for a Producer offered portlet and no portletState has been returned to the Consumer previously.
