OASIS defines several levels for specifications: - Working Draft: ongoing versions being worked within the TC - Committee Draft: Versions which are deemed stable and complete enough (at least for the some feature set) for early implementation efforts - Committee Specification: Version is viewed by the TC as complete - OASIS standard: Version approved by the OASIS membership as a standard (requires at least three companies to say they have implemented and use the related CS version) The current ballot before the TC is approving the recent editorial changes as a new Committee Specification ...
