Alexey,

The the exportContext contains information about the producer, while the exportData contains information about each portlet. In both cases the format of the fields in opaque to the consumer and may be in any format the producer wishes.

Does the fact that each WSRP implementation be able to choose their unique format for that?

Yes, each producer may choose its own format.

What data the exportData format contains?
Are there PortletContext, PortletProperties?

That is up to the producer, but in general it should contain some form of the portlet's state including properties.

The same data is then passed to importPortlets in the respective fields.

For releaseExport what faults do you think should be throwable?

At least there should be:
OperationNotSupported, AccessDenied, InvalidRegistration, OperationFailed

OperationNotSupported is probably not needed as a no-op is probably preferred in this case. The other 3 should probably be added. I'll ask the committee.
