[wsrp-interfaces] [wsrp][interfaces] How to implement an AXIS basedproxy that supports multiple factors

As a response to Mike's concerns on the feasibility to code java proxies
that talk to different WSRP factors and still share the same session we
worked out a guildeline on how to do so. The proposed method does not
require any library hacking and reuses as much pre-generated code as
possible.
From my point of view this proves that the proposed concepts of factoring
the WSRP functionality in multiple WSDL bindings also works in the real
world.
