As long as the producer is only interested in an InputStream (such as 
one offering JSR168 portlets), your argument may be right. For other 
producers, it makes it easy to have a common interpretation. Otherwise, 
the producer will have to check if the UploadContext is a MIME message 
or a MIME part.
