BES Producer Updated

I've updated the BEA producer with the following changes:

- File upload issues resolved. The producer now accepts any 
mimeAttributes. If the mimeAttributes don't correspond to the actual 
MIME heders, the portlet fails to parse files.

- Fixed the producer to not send UpdateResponse upon redirect.

- Supports method GET. PortletDescriptions of all portlets return true 
for method GET support, although there is only portlet using forms with 
method GET.

- Uses secure links for resources and blocking actions.

- Login portlet: There is a demo account with user name "demouser" and 
password "password".
