Title: [wsrp-interop] Citrix producer

I'd like to shut down the Citrix producer for the Holidays this evening. It will be back up for further interop testing, running up to the next face to face meeting, retiring once testing finishes.

We are not planning to make it (or the consumer test pages) available to the general public via the Oasis Web. But, if interop demo needs arise in the meantime, the Citrix test producer can be used for TC demos as before.
