guest/anonymous user access

I know that was discussed a while back, but just to confirm -  are 
Producers out there expecting anything other than 
userContextKey=wsrp:minimal (and userAuthentication=wsrp:none as well) 
in order to "recognize" a guest user? Specifically, does the agreed to 
interop convention mandate that userCategory be equal to wsrp:minimal as 
well?
