revisited: remaining spec features testing

Hi,

I reviewed our list again of parts of the spec not tested so far.
It seems we covered some new cases or at least have candidates for further
testing.
Here is the list:

1. Registration Properties (successfully tested with stringValue)
a. Producers: Sun, Citrix
b. Consumers: IBM, Oracle, BEA, Citrix, and I assume others, too

2. Character Sets (status?)
a. Producers: BEA, Oracle?
b. Consumers: Bea; Oracle, IBM?

3. using MarkupBinary (successfully tested)
a. Producers: BEA
b. Consumers: IBM, Citrix, Oracle, Sun, I think all participating
Consumers?

4. Method=get form submission (status)

6. Session based optimizations (status)
