Hi Subbu,

I noted that you had been on vacation, so it is not surprising that 
you had not gotten to it yet. I have a suggestion for asking for 
feedback from the developer's list or developers within the TC on the 
issues of userContext, userCategories and userProfile before we write 
something. This version of the spec doesn't really address it, but 
the whole issue of Identity Authentication and Authorization is one 
that it looks like I will be pursuing in depth soon. It impacts all 
of the security issues that need to get resolved sooner rather than 
later now that we are moving on to v1.1-v2.0.
