We decide that we would be covering only WSRP WSDL 1.0 issues (if any) for
some time. The next call will be scheduled after Rich sends out an updated
WSDL.

Richard, do you know anything about the timing of Axis 1.1 and 1.1beta? I've
received some postings on bugs that mention 1.1.

Other items discussed:

Whether to mention UTF-16 as well as UTF-8 for SOAP reply char encoding. Do
not feel strongly about this but the WS-I basic profile does call out both
for interop reasons.

Could people with representation on the WS-I.org see if attachments are to
be added to the basic profile? May be only a rumour ...

Is the current focus of the SOAP/DIME subgroup to continue with WSDL 
issues for the next month or so? If so, I would like to opt out of this 
call till we start discussing attachments. Please let me know.
