[wsrp-wsia] Internationalization of Property and Entity descriptions

Folks --at Wednesday's Property call we mentioned having a follow-up call
today, Friday, at noon eastern to review proposals for internationalization
of the property and also entity descriptions in a consistent format.  A
draft proposal for doing so will be posted later today or early next week
to the mail lists...let's discuss this by email and then at next
Wednesday's property call -- rather than at noon today.
