Title:  refHandle or entityHandle in cloneEntity?
Resolution Date: 10-Nov-2002
Status: Tentative resolve
Proposed Resolution: This had changed to refHandle in v0.7 to allow cloning
when an active session existed. The updated semantics move this need to the
"Clone" value of the entityStateChange field and therefore cloneEntity()
has returned to the cleaner semantics of cloning an entity rather than
potentially also dealing with one active session on that entity.
