- From: Gil Tayar <Gil.Tayar@webcollage.com>
- To: wsrp-wsia@lists.oasis-open.org
- Date: Wed, 30 Oct 2002 10:03:43 +0200
Main changes in issues list:
* Many new issues
* Moved all pre-31-Oct-2002 tentative
resolutions to resolved.
Issues with resolution date of
31-Oct-2002:
#51 Define a naming schema how WSRP binding
tModel are named
Description:
We should define a naming schema how WSRP
binding tModel a named to allow an easy search. This schema could be a hierachic
schema like: "wsrp.binding.soaprpc", "wsrp.binding.dime",
"wsrp.binding.mime"
Resolution:
"SPEC_VERSION_FACTOR_WSDLTYPE_TYPESPECIFIC
Where:
-
SPEC = 'WSRP'
- VERSION = v1 (this time)
- FACTOR is one of
'Markup', 'ServiceDescription', 'Registration' or
'EntityManagement' (may yet
get tweaked)
- WSDLTYPE is one of 'PortType', 'Binding' or
'Service'
- TYPESPECIFIC currently includes
'SOAP'"
#107 InteractionParameters carries untyped
uploadData
Description:
"(Background: we now use MIME types for markup)
Consumers can upload (binary) data but the data type is unspecified. How about
adding a String uploadDataType to InteractionParameters and standardize on MIME
type description here too?
<RDT>Should open the issue, but place in
tentative resolution with a field named uploadMimeType (already
in)</RDT>
<ak>ok</ak>"
Resolution:
uploaded data now typed by field names
uploadMimeType
#112 Escaping in URL
Text=Test
Description:
"From new pseudo BNF:
Text=<any
character with '{'.'}' '&' and '/wsia:rewrite' escaped> Escaped how?
Needs to state this text is already URL
encoded."
Resolution:
Instead of escaped, write "URL-encoding
escaped"
#113 Should Property Type point to
schema?
Resolution:
Property.type should be a
QNAME. Allows producers to leverage (namespaced) URIs (for example, Schema
types)
